I had an average experience with Insurecargo insurance services inc. The website, insurecargo.com, was easy to navigate and find information on their insurance options. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and the representative was not very helpful. Overall, their services were satisfactory but nothing exceptional.
