I must say that I am disappointed with the customer service provided by Gold Star Tool. I had an issue with a recent order and when I contacted them, it took several days for them to respond. Additionally, their response was not very helpful and I ended up having to find a solution on my own. This lack of prompt and efficient customer service is unacceptable.
