I recently used an online ticket booking service to buy tickets for an event. The process was smooth, and I received my tickets instantly. The website was user-friendly, and I liked the overall experience. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my queries, which was a bit frustrating. But apart from that, everything was fine.
