I have been a customer of Visual Impact Communications, Inc. for several years now, and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While they deliver what they promise, there is nothing exceptional about their work. The quality is decent, but not outstanding. The customer service is satisfactory, but not spectacular. Overall, Visual Impact Communications, Inc. is an okay company to work with.
