Starling Richardson Construction is an average company. The quality of their work is satisfactory, but I expected a bit more from them. The customer service was decent and the staff was helpful. However, there were a few delays in the project, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't say they are the best in the business, but they get the job done.
