I am a CUSTOMER and I have been doing business with Paradigm manufacturing, inc. for several years now. Overall, my experience has been average. The products they manufacture meet my requirements, but the customer service could be improved. I often encounter delays in receiving my orders and it takes a while to get a response from their support team.
