If I could give them a zero rating I would. I've been without A/C since Friday May 24th, it's now Monday the 28th. My unit is 5 years old, still under warranty and was serviced in February. I have breathing difficulties and can't be without A/C for very long. Regardless they can't get anyone here to look at it until Tuesday evening. I was told they don't have enough technicians and they're closed today because of the holiday. Most HVAC companies are on call 24/7, not them. Don't call this company, they don't care about their customers or their customers health.

Update: 5/31/2018.
Technician arrived on Tuesday, took him 5 minutes to find the problem. A/C still not working. No one has any information on the part needed, not sure if they have it or it has to be ordered. After me calling them several times I know nothing. They'll call me, but don't. Day 7 of no A/C.

Update: 6/2/2018.
I finally have a working A/C unit again. It only took 9 days. The tech never came in the house to make sure cold air was coming out of the vents. That was the problem, no air coming out of the vents.
