Well I waited 4.5 months to get my special order hot tub (thanks to covid 19) and it was worth the wait!!! I was fine for the first 3 months but the past 1.5 months, I was getting a little stir crazy and calling Randy once a week. He was great. Called the factory to get updates, took my calls or returned them and was always polite and courteous! The hot tub was installed yesterday and I used it immediately! It was worth the wait and the delivery team and Jason the spa technician were great! Randy is still helping me get familiar with my hot tub and I really appreciate his time and patience! Glad I used Olympic Pools and Spas!
