The Ekulo group of companies is an average company. I have been a customer of theirs for a few years now and while they provide some good services, there are definitely areas where they can improve. Their customer service is hit or miss, sometimes they are helpful and prompt, other times it takes forever to get a response. The quality of their products is decent, nothing extraordinary, but also not terrible. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
