From the moment we see foot in Mercedes of Tampa Bay, we felt special. We purchased our E-class Mercedes diesel in 2011 and it has been the best, most reliable and trouble free car we have ever had. Our salesman, Kern Charles, has taken wonderful care of us thru out the entire purchasing process. The service department has been sensational and reasonable priced. They have gone out of their way to provide clean loaner cars when needed and notified us of any recalls.
