I recently purchased some products from the xepient.com website and overall, I had an okay experience. The website is easy to use, and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I did have a small issue with one of the products I received, and it took a while for the customer service team to resolve it. They eventually resolved the issue to my satisfaction, but it did take some time. I would say Xepient is an average company with room for improvement.
