I visited for the first time with children. We used a stroller rental (plus 200 yen with rain cover) because it was raining. I was able to save my children and luggage without getting wet, which was very helpful. It was cloudy after rain, but I enjoyed walking mainly in the fluffy land, carousel (I could ride without VR), and the place with a roof. The staff is kind to the children and we appreciate the kindness and kindness they provide. Events after the evening (illumination, fountain, masquerade) are quite fun, so it is recommended to stay overnight if you can.
Isn't disinfection and social distance measures a little overkill? So I think you can visit with peace of mind.
