I had an average experience with Proofreading Mackay. The service was satisfactory, but I expected better results. The website was easy to navigate and the review process was smooth. However, the overall quality of the proofreading could have been improved. It was not excellent, but it wasn't terrible either. I would consider using their service again in the future, but not for crucial projects.
