I recently purchased a Chevrolet vehicle from Grande Minas Concessionária Chevrolet and I must say, the experience was average. The staff was polite and helpful, but the overall process took longer than expected. The car itself is great and runs smoothly. However, I was disappointed with the communication between the salesperson and myself during the purchasing process. It could have been better. Overall, an average experience.
