I recently tried Liepert and I must say, the experience was average. Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slower than expected and the representatives seemed uninformed. Overall, I wouldn't say Liepert is a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
