I had a mixed experience with West Branch Nursing Home LTD. While some aspects were good, there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, but there were times when they seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. The facilities were clean, but there were a few maintenance issues. Overall, an average experience.
