When organizations talk about customer service and providing a positive customer experience, US Mortgage Corp is the company they should be comparing themselves to. This company is doing the right things the right way. The team I worked with was comprised of the most responsive people I have ever dealt with as a customer. Julie Curto, Cynthia Sirico, Christian Carbone, Mike Falino - the A team in my book. These are the people who you want on your side. I have dealt with Mike Falino in the past, which is why I returned as a customer. Christian Carbone is a saint. I must have called and emailed him hundreds of times with questions or looking for updates. Christian never made me feel like I was a bother. In fact, I often felt like I was the only person who mattered. And THAT alone is a reason for using this company. The mortgage process is stressful enough. Do yourself a favor and let these folks help you. I can't recommend them enough really.
