While Toyota is a great vehicle, I wouldn t recommend doing business at this particular location. I had service done a few months ago and as soon as I got into my vehicle, I noticed a scuff on my car. Management melted it down but could clearly see the damage instead of fixing it. My husband called and management told him they felt like my ring cuffed it but I wear silicone bands. After failed return phone calls, I go in to have my tires rotated and mentioned it once again and was told they wouldn t fix it as they felt like it didn t happen while in their care. Poor customer service. Greedy. Also not willing to fix damage to the car when I know for certain it happened with them.
