The experience I had with Seven Seas Entertainment...

The experience I had with Seven Seas Entertainment, LLC was average. While their website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of manga, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, I felt like they didn't really listen to my concerns. The shipping was also a bit slow, which was frustrating. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
