My loan got sold out by sterns and lending with perfect credit and never a late payment and I have NEVER been more appalled by a "company" in my life! RSC had poor (to put it lightly) customer service. I had to beg to pay my mortgage and they tried everything in their power to sabatoge it. After two months and hours of phone calls, I called my broker and told him I would rather pay double my mortgage than to ever deal with these people again. After explaining my troubles he notified me that it appeared they were trying to make me more than 30 days late on my payment so nobody else would refinance me for a year!!! I pulled out every emergency resource that I had to pay my mortgage twice to not be locked into that company for another day! Whew! Dodged a huge bullet!!! Would not recommend these crooks to anyone!
