Do not believe what is being told to you
As a whole your 1099 but work under their authority ... you still are being told what to do... you have no income potential at this place ... the training .. you have to figure it out .. left in the dark because the upper management is worried only about themselves ... they don't care if you succeed ... and they will wait a couple of months to tell you that your coaching and training will cost you 500.00 a month... and yet you have no income ... again don't do it !!!!! Stay away!!!!!
