You will find good and bad reviews always......... Came to the apartments very skeptical due to the poor comments in Google, and poor response on emails and phone to get information, however decided to give a chance since a friend had a great experience with management and the complex at all so why not right.....? great location, and fair price.....

Well.... based on personal experience, I did the self guided tour and the quick meeting with the leasing agent. The apartment was super spacious but I was there for 10 minutes tops and I could feel as if I was hanging out with the upstairs neighbors, the kitchen is kind of outdated, and the stairs outside (from the door of the apartment through the main door of the building) have a very weird-bad smell, there is carpet on the area, so that's the reason. I finish the tour and Im talking with the lease agent when she asked me for a security deposit that I had to pay right there or next day.... which cool understandable, but it was the first place out of 12 places that I visited in my apartment hunt in the area that threat me with the typical 'If you don't pay the security fee today or tomorrow the apartment would be taken'..... so with that, I totally forgot the fair prices cause I was not going to deal with a so hostile management like that. Hope it helps on your decision.
