I recently had the pleasure of using an insurance broker for my needs. The service provided by Just Insurance Brokers Ltd was average at best. While their website was easy to use, I found their prices to be higher than expected. Additionally, the customer service was lacking as I had difficulty reaching a representative to address my concerns.
