I have been a customer of The Sage Group for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. While their website is easy to navigate and their prices are competitive, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been several instances where I have had issues with my orders and it took multiple emails and phone calls to resolve the problem. Overall, I would rate my experience with The Sage Group as average.
