This restaurant definitely had a crowd that they were unprepared to handle last night. We only had about a 10-15 minute wait for a table which wasn't bad. Once we were seated we never saw waitress for at least 10 to 15 minutes. So nothing to drink was given until that time. We then placed our order and we were finally given something to drink and our soup and salad at that time. Then we waited and waited and waited some more and still some more, it took at least 45 minutes to an hour to get a sandwich and a fish and chips order. The waitress also puts a craft of pop on the table so we could Self Serve and she doesn't need to do it. It seems like the kitchen staff were bringing out food instead of making sure that they were cooking food for people. They had one young lady who looked like a zombie walking around asking people for refills and taking plates. So you really never even saw your waitress. And what you go out to dinner for is that personal experience with the waitress to attend to your table. It's a shame because their food is good but it seems like they paid more attention to getting out carry out orders then feeding their people who are setted at tables within their restaurant. The waitress walks around like a deer in headlights. No apology was ever given for the length of time it took to get the food. Nor was anything ever said like it still coming, it's just a busy night nothing but just sitting there being ignored. The table next to us was seated way before us and still they hadn't had their food when we left. The place is very mismanaged and terribly disorganized!!!!!
