I had an average experience with The Collaborative. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and they didn't seem very knowledgeable about their own products. However, the quality of the products I purchased was satisfactory. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating.
