I recently purchased bar and hygiene supplies from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products available. The prices were also competitive. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. There was a delay in shipping my order and when I contacted the company, they were slow to respond and did not provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay. Additionally, one of the items I received was damaged. Although they offered to replace it, it was an inconvenience to have to go through the process of returning and waiting for a replacement. Despite these issues, the quality of the products I received was decent. In the future, I may consider exploring other options before making another purchase from this company.
