I recently rented a car from Budget Rent a Car, UAE (Liberty Investment Company) and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great, the car was clean and in good condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Budget to anyone in need of a rental car.
