As a customer, I found the products and services from T&t tool, inc. to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of tools available. However, the customer service response time was slower than expected, and I encountered some difficulty in getting my inquiries addressed. On the positive side, the quality of the tools I purchased was satisfactory. It would be helpful if the company could improve on their communication and response time to enhance the overall customer experience. 👍🛠️
