Terrible experience with this company. After many persistent attempts by one of their recruiters we were in need for a service dispatcher. A candidate was brought to our attention and she was the prefect fit. Once hired their office called an harassed our AP for payment before it was due which seemed fishy ( stated the salesman needs his commission) Shortly after the candidate didn't even last 2 weeks and resigned putting us in a horrible spot with no service dispatcher. We took it upon our self to fill the position via indeed which we did in 1 weeks time with (5) qualified candidates. Now we are out $15k and they have no intention of granting our request for refund or even a partial refund. I would be very careful when choosing to do business with this firm.

updated response from gpac's: Correct you offered one replacement candidate and did nothing of the sort of offering other options as you stated above. There was no follow up or follow through on your recruiters part except for a text message informing me that he would have many more candidates by the end of the week. We were left with broken promises and a candidate that didn't even make it 2 weeks but you were paid in full. We kept our promise to bad you couldn't keep yours. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BIG SCAM!!!! BOTTOM LINE IS YOU HAVE AN HAPPY CLIENT AND YOU DID NOTHING TO MAKE THEM HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE
