I live at the Coram Preserve property and always had a great experience. I m relocating for work in 2 months and wanted to make sure to leave a review for the next people to know how hard they really work to make tenants happy. Any time I had any issues they handled it quickly. The Super,Rob is very responsive, very kind and respectful. I ve also had the pleasure of dealing with the property manager Mark on several occasions and he provided outstanding service at all times. My emails were answered at all times day and night. I ve lived in other apartment communities in the last 20 or so years and you just never see that kind of attention. Thank you guys for everything. It s been an absolute pleasure.
