I had a mixed experience at Baltic coaching centre...

I had a mixed experience at Baltic coaching centre. While the trainers were knowledgeable and the coaching techniques taught were effective, I found the overall atmosphere lacking enthusiasm. It seemed like just another coaching centre rather than a place of inspiration. It would be great if they could work on creating a more motivating environment.
