Called to ask if they provided notary servicesand ...

Called to ask if they provided notary servicesand they told me they did. I asked if I had to make an appointment, if it was done all day, and how much they charge. They told me to come in whenever and it was free of charge. When I got there I was seated and overheard them panic about the only person being either a)gone for the day or b) on lunch. None the less someone came to escort me to a desk. She asked if I had an account at Branned. I said, "At one point, but I switched banks." And she told me very shortly, "Unfortunately we do not provide that service to non members." It would have been nice if she wasn't so short and unapologetic when I explained no one informed me of this. I went next door to Suntrust and they did it right away and were super nice!
