Amazing place to work!

I never have to answer phones and I cannot spell so I m basically the ideal candidate for a customer-facing role!!

The website we got the Chief Exec s 12-yr old nephew to write for booking repairs is basically rubbish for tracking status - but he only wanted a bag of gobstoppers for doing it in his summer holidays. We kept all the money we d normally spend on a useful customer portal, and spent it all on totally pointless newsletters!! What a wheeze.

And now we can put up our factor fees because we are so demonstrably brilliant!!

Ps we don t clean back courts or do common repairs, because uh we cannot get access to the properties we factor because uh that would be too much trouble.
