One of the worst experiences ever to try to communicate a problem that needed some resolution. Incomplete shipment, 1 hour and 20 minutes on phone and chat trying to resolve. Phone finally went dead, and I was too exhausted to try another phone excursion that might last for another hour and 20 minutes. I just needed a resolution, and it's like a brick wall between me and the help departments at Northern Tool. I did talk with people but was always referred to yet another department -- finally when the line went dead, I had to give up. I'll file your forms for an official complaint if I know where to find them.
