This is my first time ever renting a property. They were very professional and helped me through the process. I applied a week ago to move in and will be moving In Monday so very quick process. They respond almost immediately to emails and answer all questions. Even let me move in a couple days early to clean the house and get things ready. Good prices. Also informed me that their doing a new gutter system and repainting the outside of the house which will be really nice. Overall a great company to work with. I recommend to anyone who renting their first house or their 100th. Very easy process, very professional, very easy and great communication!
