I recently tore up some kitchen flooring and started to panic when I saw what appeared to be black mastic in between layers. Mike H. came out within 24 hours, took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, priced out a very reasonable job, but after further inspection it turned out not to be mastic or asbestos. Given the heightened sensitivity around harmful materials these days it would've been very easy to scare me into paying thousands for something I didn't need, but it's Mike's honest and objective opinion that blew me away. While I won't be needing GGSG's services today, they just got a customer for life. Highly recommend!
