I would rate Irkutsk State Railway University (IRGUPS) as excellent. The quality of education and the professors are top-notch. The campus is beautiful and well-maintained. The atmosphere is conducive to learning and growth. The university provides various opportunities for students to enhance their skills and knowledge. The courses offered are diverse and cover a wide range of subjects. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at IRGUPS has been nothing short of amazing.
