I had an average experience with House Zofi. The website is easy to navigate and the staff is friendly. However, I was disappointed with the quality of their products. The items I ordered were not as described and the customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would say that House Zofi is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
