I recently used a media company for my marketing needs. The services provided were good, but I feel they could've been great. The website is user-friendly and informative. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get an answer. Overall, I was satisfied, but there is definitely room for improvement.
