I had a mixed experience with Minar engineering company. While their website minar-eg.com is informative and easy to navigate, their customer service was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. However, I must admit that their products are of good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I would rate my experience with Minar engineering company as average.
