Unfortunately I won't be going back to little lab....

Unfortunately I won't be going back to little lab. I emailed in for my booking because I wasn't in the country. I said I had other gel on and put a price on the email to make sure and they sent me back a confirmation email and no other information to inform me that it would cost any more.
My experience was then worse... I had a manicure and a pedicure and they did both at the same time, which was awfully uncomfortable. Then they were rushing to get my gel off because it was "harder gel" and seemed to not be happy with me as if I had to inform them when I did in the email. Basically complete lack of communication! Then finishing my nails, once I had left I recognised how the lady had only put two layers on my manicure and was awfully done and a bit bubbley, not close enough to the sides and also because of only two layers, it was all uneven!
