The customer service at Swiss Hospitality Collection was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. My only complaint would be the limited dining options available at the hotel. Overall, a great experience.
