I recently visited a hair salon in Bloomington and had a rather disappointing experience. The stylist seemed uninterested in what I wanted and didn't pay attention to detail. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Solutions Hair Design Tan LLC and I am so glad I did! The staff was professional and friendly, and I left the salon feeling gorgeous.
