I have tried to renew my employee signature on the...

I have tried to renew my employee signature on the net, however unsuccessfully. Used two different computers with a total of 3 different browsers - their site kept reporting errors. Now I have to pay to have a new file sent. That is, I have to pay, based on their mistakes.
