Horrific customer service, charging erroneous frau...

Horrific customer service, charging erroneous fraudulent late fees. investigating and reported to BBB, Virginia AG office, and CFPB. CSR, Cashmere, actually yelled at me, then hung up on me. You cannot make this sh*t up. WOW. Dave Worrall, President of LoanCare LLC must be so proud. Looking at reviews of this company, it's no surprise either.
