They do not maintain the place at all, the people are extremely rude! I would never again consider renting from them. If you complain about things not being done they harass you about everything they can. Not a place i would consider renting from especially if you have special needs.I will also say the place has cracked floors the heating system is older than father time so is the electrical system, I'm surprised the place hasn't burst into flames yet. The winter is the worst time they use water softener salt to salt the sidewalk witch doesn't do a thing other tenants and I have fallen many times and finally started salting ourselves as well. most the time if you don't have 4wd forget about getting out till after 3pm when the plow truck finally arrives. the yard is always a mess for over a year there was a old broken T.V. sitting in the yard along with other things like trash was finally picked up by people who live there. The T.V. was actually picked up by the owner of the place. But I have 3 friends who rent from them and these are all true statements from renters who are currently living there.
