I really enjoyed working at my previous company before joining Mytoys group. Although I cannot disclose the company name here, I can say that Mytoys group is far from being as good. The management lacks transparency and the work environment is not very motivating. There is a lot of office politics going on which makes it difficult to focus on work. However, the colleagues are nice and helpful.
