I have been using Netplus broadband for the past six months and overall, it has been a satisfactory experience. The speed and reliability of the connection are decent, and I rarely experience any outages. The customer support is also quite helpful and responsive whenever I have any issues or queries. However, there is room for improvement as sometimes the speed can be a bit inconsistent, especially during peak hours. Nonetheless, I would recommend Netplus broadband to others.
