Unprofessional service. The installation process took much longer than promised, and communication was lacking throughout. My concerns were often brushed aside, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. While the quality of the flooring itself is decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
